Our application process

Confirmation of receipt: After receiving your documents, we will confirm receipt by email.

Application check by our HR team: Every application is important to us, which is why they are carefully checked and discussed with the respective manager

Initial interview (online or on site): We look forward to getting to know you and giving you as many insights into our company as possible.

Second job interview (on site): In the second round, you will get to know your future colleagues and our company.

Offer: We look forward to meeting you and going through your service contract with you.

Your first day at work: Your personal HR contact will be waiting for you and will go through all the important information with you for the perfect start.

Onboarding: At ASTOTEC, no one is thrown in at the deep end. We offer you comprehensive training and also provide you with a personal mentor for your first year with us.
